On your Write > Post tab, complete all of the standard fields when adding a new post.
Now scroll down to the NewsPress Custom Settings panel and “Browse” for the image you desire to use for the thumbnail or featured image. Once you click “Save” you are done. The image resizer script takes care of resizing the image to the correct size.
